I have had a fear of dentists since I was a child. I, unfortunately, had a doctor who didn’t numb me well and I always felt EVERYTHING. It was the worst time ever as a kid. Yesterday, I spoke with Dr. Young and mentioned I’ve been avoiding the dentist but knew I needed some work done. I told him about my past experiences, and informed him of my family health history. He assured me he would make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. I saw him again today for a procedure. He was patient with me and he numbed me perfectly and I didn’t feel A THING. I’m sure this is normal for most people, but he understood my family history and took care of me. I’ve never had a dentist have the patience he did nor the reassurance he gave. I feel so much better now and I’m actually a lot less nervous! The staff here is welcoming from the moment you walk in. I’m really glad Ramon recommended me to this office!! So thankful for Dr. Young and his staff! Thank you all for being so reassuring and kind.
